When I was diagnosed with a cerebral vascular tumor and the need for a neurosurgical opinion, I must say that my life stopped for a few seconds. I was advised by a specialist to have surgery but was never given any reason why or any advice on possible complications. Dr. Ryan Farhad, guided me in a different approach with 2 other neuro-vascular opinions. These were more reassuring and another opinion from a research centre which specialises in this type of tumor was provided. The conclusion was that an operation was not necessary as the tumor was benign and the risk of complications was almost zero. I would like to thank Dr. R. Farhad for his help, professionalism and delicate approach to my very stressful illness.
